FDF is a unique based Labour Broking and Personnel Consultancy Company with a proactive management style to offer an advisory service for small and medium-sized businesses. The business was founded in 1998 to make Labour Broking and Personnel Consultancy user friendly, understandable, practical, affordable and accessible.
OBJECTIVE
FDF Complete Outsourcing, a Labour Broking and Personnel Consultancy company situated in the Western Cape – objective is to offer and assist employers with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, UIF Regulations and Labour Relations Act and manage payroll and payroll administration.
FDF Complete Outsourcing deliver effective staffing/labour solutions with remarkable people to meet the demands of our business partners. As a labour broking company, we believe that our place in this world is to help businesses to resolve labour problems and therefore provides employers labour/casual labour on a contract basis. FDF also provides employee contracts, manage salaries, statutory deductions and registrations, WCA registration and investigation of IOD’s, Disciplinary actions and CCMA cases.

LABOUR BROKING
FDF Complete Outsourcing will provide and administer occupants as per your request on FDF Complete Outsourcing Conditions of Employment as laid down by the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
FDF Complete Outsourcing will assume all administration and payroll responsibilities, i.e.:
- Payment of Wages
- PAYE
- UIF (unemployment fund)
- WCA (Workmen’s Compensation)
FDF Complete Outsourcing will assume all responsibilities for the following benefits:
- Annual leave pay
- Sick leave pay
- Public Holiday pay
- Family responsibility leave
FDF Complete Outsourcing will endeavour to replace employees on labour broking within reasonable time in the following instances:
- If employee is suspended or dismissed as a result of disciplinary action
- If employee is absent from work without permission for more than two shifts
- If employee is booked off sick for more than three shifts
- If employee absconded.
FDF Complete Outsourcing will relieve you from all IR functions with regard to the employee.
A 25% administration fee will be charged.
PERMANENT PLACEMENT
FDF Complete Outsourcing will manage and administer all related functions for a permanent placement, i.e.:
- Recruiting
- Preliminary interviews
- Reference checks
- Prepare CV’s
- Short Listing
- Prepare for final interview
Placement fee of 10% of annual salary plus 13th cheque will be payable to FDF Complete Outsourcing after engagement by the Client.
